There are no formal entry requirements for you to enrol.

However, this qualification is designed for learners aged 18 and over.

There is a lot of reading involved in this programme so students must have the appropriate literacy and needed to complete the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Diploma in People Practice.

HR professionals also have to deal with numbers so there is a requirement for a competency in numeracy.
